No markup on API usage. You pay ElevenLabs and Telnyx directly at their list prices. No "platform fee" on third-party costs. Your keys, your bill, your data.

No. The monthly fee is flat. The only variable costs are API usage, billed directly by ElevenLabs (speech synthesis) and Telnyx (telephony). Typical clinic call volumes add up to combined API costs of 80 to 150 € / month, but you get that bill directly, with no markup.
Ongoing support is optional. You can run it yourself with the admin dashboard: it's built for clinic staff, not developers. If you want to keep engineering support (prompt updates, new knowledge base entries, flow changes), that's available at a flat monthly price calculated at handover.
Yes. Monthly, cancel to the end of any month, no minimum term. On cancellation the agent goes offline and the infrastructure is torn down. You keep all transcripts and logs. You keep all transcripts, logs and your own API keys.
The first 3 practices get the full Professional feature set for €449/month in the first year (instead of €1,099) and €0 setup (instead of €1,499). In return: logo + statement on lucid-ai.app, a video statement after 30 days, a written case study after 60 days. From year 2 you become a Founding Alumnus: the Professional plan minus 20 % permanently (currently €879/month), grandfathered as an existing customer. Bonus modules like recall and SMS come at the normal price, no special discount on add-ons. Seats are assigned in order of arrival.
The setup is free. No prorating, no negotiation. The one condition: calendar credentials must be provided on day 1. If that's delayed, the clock pauses accordingly. Everything else, including delays on my side, voids the setup fee entirely.
